Overview
Wild Qi is a one-stop shop for women's wellness, with a health clinic, a functional fitness studio, and an education program under one roof. I led discovery with the owners, restructured the site map, redesigned the homepage, and worked with their Webflow developer to launch it.

Problem
Visitors didn't understand everything Wild Qi offered. They saw pieces, not the whole picture, and the site wasn't answering their basic questions. I led interviews with the front desk staff and found weak visual hierarchy.

Solution
Restructured the site map. I rebuilt it around three pillars: Integrative Care, Functional Fitness, and Education. I locked it in first, since the page count, scope, and timeline all depended on it. Balanced both priorities on the homepage. The storytelling sections present all three pillars as equals. The booking sections put the clinic first.
