Background

Piʻikū is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for local people of Hawaiʻi to break into tech careers. Their mission is to bridge the gap for career changers and early career starters by offering paid opportunities that allow them to give back to the community. Through roles in UX design, engineering, and product management, Piʻikū empowers individuals to grow professionally while contributing to Hawaiʻi's tech landscape.

Project Overview

For this project, I helped Hana, the lead designer on redesigning the website. I was in charge of two pages, the first page was the internship page where interns come to learn about the internship. The second page is the “Invest in Us” page, which provides information for future investors to support Piʻikū.
